The Red Boiling Springs Planning Commission is responsible for the following:
- Zoning and Land Use Management: We regulate land use through zoning laws to ensure smart growth and preserve the community’s character.
- Review and Approval of Development Proposals: Each new development proposal is carefully reviewed to ensure it aligns with our city’s comprehensive plan and zoning ordinances.
- Long-Term Strategic Planning: We develop long-term plans that consider infrastructure needs, residential and commercial growth, and environmental sustainability.
- Community Engagement: We actively engage with citizens in planning processes to reflect the community’s needs and desires in all planning decisions.
