Building Inspector Responsibilities
- Issues all building permits for the city.
- Enforces all building codes and performs all inspections on new construction.
- Enforces the city’s subdivision regulations.
- Enforces the city’s Zoning Ordinance.
- Enforces the private acts for the city concerning property maintenance.
